It is also helpful to maintain a healthy lifestyle, setting realistic goals, prioritizing tasks, and seeking support from friends, family, or a counselor.
Depression is a common mental health condition characterized by persistent sadness, loss of interest, and a range of emotional and physical symptoms. To cope with depression, it's important to maintain a regular exercise routine, establish supportive relationships, practice good eating and sleeping habits, and seek professional help through counseling and/or medication (if necessary).
Grief is a natural and normal response to loss that can follow many kinds of events, like death of a loved one, end of a relationship, change in health, etc. Effective strategies for coping with grief/loss include allowing yourself to feel and expression your emotions, engaging in self-care activities, and seeking support for friends, family, or a counselor.

Effective ways to address substance misuse involves developing alternative coping strategies for using, addressing underlying concerns, maintaining a routine, and seeking professional help through counseling, support groups, and/or rehabilitation programs.

It involves persistent thoughts or a preoccupation to ending one's own life and can range from fleeting thoughts to detailed planning. This is often a symptom of an underlying mental health condition and requires immediate attention and support to secure safety and provide appropriate intervention.
