Student Learning Goals
The 快猫短视频 and the Sanders College of Business and Technology are committed to delivering high-quality programs to our students. The information below provides the learning goals of our students for each of the degree programs we offer (approved by College Wide Faculty and Staff on November 29, 2011).
1. Our MBA graduates will lead through effective communication. Learning objective includes the ability to:
a) Organize information for appropriate communication strategies.
b) Communicate persuasively.
2. Our MBA graduates will be capable decisions-makers. Learning objectives include the ability to make an informed decision.
3. Our MBA graduates will be critical thinkers. Learning objectives include the ability to address business problems within an ethical framework.
4. Our MBA graduates will be prepared to manage business in a global environment. Learning objectives include the ability to analyze the factors that affect global business.
1. Our MAcc graduates will lead through effective communication. Learning objectives include the ability to:

2. Our MAcc graduates will be capable desicion-makers. Learning objectives include the ability to make an informed decision.

4. Our MAcc graduates will be proficient in expanded conceptual and technical accounting knowledge. Learning objectives include the ability to:
a) Demonstrate knowledge of general accountancy.
b) Demonstrate knowledge through certification in an accountancy speciality.
1. Our MHA graduates will be able to analyze the U.S. healthcare system, including critical healthcare policy and legal issues.
2. Our MHA graduates will be able to compare the U.S. healthcare system to systems in other developed countries, while articulating the implications for stakeholders.
3. Our MHA graduates will be able to acquire and advance knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively manage the operations of a healthcare organization, particularly in areas related to strategic management, fiscal management, economic, and human resources practices.
4. Our MHA graduates will be able to explore healthcare management in the context of changing demographics within the United States.
5. Our MHA graduates will be able to examine leadership models, while developing and refining one’s own leadership and management style.
1. Our EDBA graduates will be able to properly scope and execute an independent research project on time.
2. Our EDBA graduates will be able to analyze business-related data using appropriate analytic tools and methodologies.
3. Our EDBA graduates will be able to generate original independent research within a scholarly framework.
4. Our EDBA graduates will be able to articulate the results and implications of independent research to stakeholders.
