Resident Advisor
Working in Housing & Residence Life is a great way for undergraduate students to become more involved in the campus community, serve as mentors to fellow students, and develop skills that will transition to a number of careers. There are Resident Advisor positions available in each residence hall.

Informational Session: Monday, November 13th
Application Closes: Tuesday, November 14th
Interviews: Thursday, November 16th and Friday, November 17th

Informational Session: Monday, February 5th
Application Opens: Wednesday, February 7th
Application Closes: Wednesday, February 14th
Interviews: Thursday, February 22nd and Friday, February 23rd
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at 快猫短视频.
- Good conduct standing with the University.
- Good academic standing- a minimum cumulative and semester GPA of 2.5 must be maintained.
- Satisfactory completion of paraprofessional pre-training workshop is required for employment. Meeting days/times are TBD
- Preference is given to applicants that have resided on campus previously and will be enrolled the full academic year.

- Outstanding organization skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective student and staff relationships
- Understanding of and commitment to a multicultural/diverse campus community and the development of students.
- Leadership potential as evidenced by previous leadership experiences, recommendations, and staff evaluations.
- High level of maturity exhibited in sound judgment, emotional stability, flexibility, and willingness to accept responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills through proven ability to interact effectively with others and as perceived through the interview process and the paraprofessional class.
Compensation
- Full room scholarship for academic year (approximate value of $3,500)
- Traditional: *Stipend of $3,500 per year (paid in 10 taxed payments of $350 per month, August-May)
- Cluster/Suite/Apartment: *Stipend of $3,000 per year (paid in 10 taxed payments of $300 per month, August-May)
- UNA Bookstore Discount (10% off everything except textbooks)
*Stipends are dependent upon departmental approval and funding prior to contract signing period.
